Lamech

Also known as Lamech of Cain’s Line

Lamech is a descendant of Cain and the son of Methushael. He marries Adah and Zillah and becomes the father of Jabal, Jubal, Tubal-Cain, and Naamah. Genesis also records Lamech addressing his wives in a poem about killing a man and claiming vengeance greater than Cain’s.
